The RadMon/image_gen/ush/RunTransfer.sh script does not work on hera. The transfer job is not queued.

Back story -- file transfers from hera's predecessor to the web server were not possible. Transfers are possible from hera but the RadMon's transfer script was never updated to queue jobs. This should be a simple update.
