Add build capability to Gaea-C5 #1101

Update module file and build.sh to build on Gaea-C5

Note:
modulefiles/GDAS/gaea.intel.lua is copied from hera.intel.lua. I then loaded as many of the modules that existed on Gaea-C5 for spack-stack-1.6.0. There might need to be some adjustments made to the module file. Please let me know. Thanks!

Morning @CoryMartin-NOAA . I resolved the conflict but notice some changes I made didn't correctly make it to github. I will resolve this issue this AM and let you know after I rebuild.

Hello @CoryMartin-NOAA I updated the module file to point to the correct compilers, and tested a rebuild. Things look good now. I also added paths for CRTM_FIX, GDASAPP_TESTDATA, and GDAS_APP_UNIT_TEST_DATA_PATH in gaea.intel.lua and copied the corresponding data in from Hera.
