Fixing issues caused by merge in plotting section, updating pressure variable names for OMPS NM pairing.
Updating arguments for make_timeseries, etc to include df_reg. Necessary for consistency with surfplots and being able to just change pointer in driver for splots shorthand. Also updates map_projection method to be the same as that in surfplots.

Updates pressure variable names used in OMPS NM pairing to the selected common names.
Changes to plotting that were 1) removed in merge (driver.py), 2) determined to be necessary post-merge (satplots.py)
