  1. Rotate fields from different coordinates 

    This commit rotates vector fields imported from the coupler,
namely the stresses, from true lat/lon to the local coordinates
(regular transformation). It also rotates vector fields exported
the coupler, surface currents and SSH gradients, from local
coordinates to the to true lat/lon coordinates (inverse transformation).
