Set up google analytics events for RegretsReporter Landing Page

Lindsay is asking if we can set up tracking events for the RegretsReporter landing page. Events that we would want to track:

• Traffic coming to new landing page
• Number of clicks for chrome download button
• Number of clicks for firefox download button

Set up tags and triggers in Google Tag Manager.
