Transition items cleaning part 1

• moves the transition data to theme metric. Fallback values from ScreenWithMenuElements
• removes some transition folders/files with just the transition actors inside since it's been moved to theme metric.

Other transition folders/files that involves textures, sound etc. remain untouched and will soon be updated too after this is merged.
