Come on, guys! When you change something as fundamental as the name of a package you >>have to remember to update all the references to the old name in the documenation<<!!! For goodness' sake, it should just be a global text replace.

In this particular case, you need to change the using spec to:

xmlns:controls="using:CommunityToolkit.WinUI.UI.Controls"
