Issue:
"Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://github.com/raw/microsoft/Windows-Containers/Main/helpful_tools/Install-DockerCE/install-docker-ce.ps1" -o install-docker-ce.ps1"

Expects:
Creation of ps1 script at location

Error: parameter cannot be processed because the parameter name 'o' is ambiguous

Proposed resolution: change "-o" to "-Outfile"
