I can't enqueue scripts & styles anymore since that sage uses bud #71

I can't enqueue scripts & styles anymore since that sage uses bud. Possibly because the 'dist' folder is now named 'public'?

Or is there something else I'm doing wrong maybe?
Folder the structure is as follows:

And I reference my specific block code like this:
EnqueueScript: js/testimonial.js
