Relationship between the "Data Use Agreement" and "User License" #5

We currently require MIMIC users to sign a "Data Use Agreement", which outlines a set of terms and conditions for using MIMIC.

We now plan to create an accompanying "User License".

My understanding is that the license will essentially restate the terms of the Data Use Agreement. It will be included in the data package as a reminder for users of the terms that have been signed up to.

Have I missed anything in the description above? Should the license include any additional content?
