Not working

no matter what I try to patch it just creates a blank LLI.esp and looking at the debug log it says

File header was correct, but there were no GRUPS. Validated.

was able to get past that error by clearing out the XML files.. but it just sits at 100% and never finishes and the log doesn't really say anything just

[24] [SUM] Starting patch because user pressed patch.
[25] [SUM] Window Closing.

well closed it and restarted and then i get

well figured it out.. had to completely clear both xml and put the right headers and it worked :)
