log in not responding

I can't log in with these codes:

usern = input("username: ")
passw = input("password: ")
API = IQ_Option(usern, passw)

if ck1 == True:

balance = API.get_balance()
print(balance)
else:
print("log in fail")

if the password is wrong, it can print out ("log in fail") but if the password is correct, my program will not respond.
