Thank you for your inquiry.

We plan to resubmit the package to CRAN. We have not done it yet because we have been working on a completely new structure for the soil data repository. The repository is now called SoilData and is available at https://soildata.mapbiomas.org.

The goal is to have a new version of the package on CRAN within the next 12 months.

Hi, I'm so glad to hear that! I think for now we need to remove 'febr' from the Agriculture CRAN task view, but please let us know when you have a new version and we can add it back to the task view.
