Encode and decode published charts

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When i have a published chart with a deliminator in it, i can not enc or decode it.
.i.e a chart on artifacthub with a values file containing "changeme" can not be encoded or decoded

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to be able to use helm vault install repo/chart and it will decoded values where it finds a delimiter.
I'd like to be able to use helm vault enc repo/chart and it prompt me to enter any values that need stored as secrets.

This seems like a great idea!

I don't have any experience with publishing charts, but I can see how this would be very helpful.
