Change path when use secret deliminator

Ability to change the default path when using secret deliminator. Secret is created by default in the vault subfolder.

Currently, those environment variables take precedent over values passed as flags, to change the base storage path in Vault, you either have to set the VAULT_PATH environment variable, or use Vault Path Templating.
