It's should probably be noted somewhere in a dev guide that when we
npm updateourpackage[-lock].json, we need to also run theupdate-ui.shscript to actually copy them into the package so they are included in the PyPI package.I didn't do any testing of this yet, so we should probably smoke test that they JS dependencies do what we expect.
