The AQMv7_release_v10 branch and this update included an update from Lin Gan aqm.v7.0.90g which has the following changes:
(1) Using umbrella for shared data directory - the item (1) from NCO request.
(2) Keep every restart in shared restart directory under the umbrella structure until forecast manager job completed - the item (2) from NCO request.
(3) Using every 6 hours for RESTART_INTERVAL - the item (4) from NCO request.
