Describe the bug
When technical debt is accepted the target column shows the technical debt target instead of the actual target. In addition, the target has "(debt accepted)" behind the technical debt value.
Expected behavior
The target column should always show the target value.
Additional context
This isn't much of problem at the moment, but when we make Quality-time ignore accepted technical debt based on closed issues, (#3935) this will become more confusing.
