Loading blur needs to cover entire page

Steps:

1. Open Libras app
2. Enter a text to be translated and hit "Review" button

Actual Result: Blur with loading doesn't cover entire page
Expected Result: Blur should be covering the entire page (at the bottom)

Is this bug fixed??
The loading blur covers the entire page.

in my computer i see a white space below the blur still
the screenshot reflects my whole screen, so you can see some white portion below not blurred

Unable to reproduce the issue.
The loading blur works as expected, covering the entire page.
Tried by resizing the web page as well, tested on both Chrome and Firefox.
