[Version 4.2.0](https://github.com/hakimel/reveal.js/releases/tag/4.2.0) now supports MathJax 3, the math plugin used in Wowchemy.

Following this comment from Geo, this PR updates reveal.js to the latest version, so now we can use MathJax 3 as the math plugin.
