Allow multiple webappDir entries in Tomcat #197

In multi-module projects you can have several src/main/webapp folders. One for each module. Allow users to configure this property as in:

webappDir=/projects/acme/module1/src/main/webapp;/projects/acme/module2/src/main/webapp

Both folders should be monitored for changes.

This issue only applies to the Tomcat plugin.
