I read the class MnemonicReader and didn't find the reattention mechanism which is described in paper.

You can check the performance comparison between v3 and v6 in this repo (https://github.com/ewrfcas/Reinforced-Mnemonic-Reader), which shows that v3 model is still better than v6 model without cove or elmo.
