External (CCX) Users Who Are Not Listed in Entitlement Tracking Are Being Recognized as CCB Users #47

here is the scenario:

  • External User information was selected in DLAU
  • Users are initially identified as External CCX Users
  • when the data is scanned in the Entitlement Tracking system, the result for the user is either not found or is listed as "not calculated"

In this scenario, the CCX user is actually listed as a CCB User.

If Entitlement Tracking or the User Report Tool report back that the ACL level is "not calculated" or there is no entry for the User, they should be marked as a "Known Guest"

This bug is tracked as DNEXT-23857 and will be fixed in the next version 1.2.1

This is fixed in V1.2.1
