Add an auto assign to a project
Get rid of depency review workflow
Double check if everything is working properly with the auto asign assignees

Update:

I recently added pytest workflow
Depency review was working since the beginning, it only stopped when I temporarly modified thie repo to "private"

What I still need to do before closing this PR:

Add upload codecoverage report integration (https://github.com/codecov/codecov-action)
Fix the ato assign to a project workflow, that is currently not working.
