Evaluation on PoseTrack 2018 ?

I try to evaluation on PoseTrack 2018 with jsonformat_std_to_posetrack18.py -e 0.4 -d lighttrack -m track -f 17 -r 0.80, but, why the option "-f" is 17?

Hello.
I met a problem when I unzipped the PoseTrack2018 dataset following the command provided by the official web. Errors are as follows:
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

I tried to re-download the dataset, but errors still persisted. Did you meet the same problems? And could you give me some suggestions to deal with it?
