A new syntax is introduced with C# 8 and it is the recommended way. But, GCop warns about it.

using var command = new SqlCommand(ADD_COMMAND_C, connection);

instead of

using(var command = new SqlCommand(ADD_COMMAND_C, connection))
{
     ...
}
