found it this is how so first of all go ahead and install COLMAP-{version-name}-windows-cuda if for windows user then go to C:\Users\COLMAP-3.7-windows-cuda\COLMAP-3.7-windows-cuda\lib and copy the App extension file to bin folder then open up env variable and add a new var in SYSTEM VARIABEL copy your bin location and paste in the SYS VAR then open up the LLFF-master run (download_data.sh if you haven’t ) then run the demo.sh that’s it you should not get that error anymore. and if u are having a problemo comments !!
