This updates the lambda wrappers to the latest truncation termination API, and updates a bunch of the tests too.
AFAIK, this PR is done, as
test_vectorandtest_utilsfiles requiesaec_wrappersandutilsto be updated in a separate PR.Tests for this PR will not pass because of #165.
