As OmniTrax is designed to work with large numbers of individuals, you can run pose-estimation on lower resolution ROIs of individuals as well. Ensure the resolution of the videos is sufficient to clearly make out relevant landmarks. As a rule of thumb: If you can't see their tarsi, the networks can't either.
