dolfinx supports a "vertex" quadrature rule on triangles/tetrahedra but we cannot define Quadrature elements in basix which are consistent with this choice
More generally, I think we should aim at having a consistent definition between Quadrature elements on the basix side and the quadrature schemes supported in dolfinx, including custom quadrature rules
