outdated IP Address in ircddb response #43

Steps to reproduce:

Gateway A is connected to 2 ircddb networks.
Gateway B is only connected to 1 network, this netwok needs to be configured into ircddb_1 on gateway A

Result:

When doing CS Routing Gateway A will not update the desination the repeater IP address

Expected Result:

IP should be updated
