New task - Empty task form appears when tapping back from reassigning assignee menu

Issue found when executing PR #20840

Action Performed:

1. Login to NewDot
2. Assign a task
3. Open task chat
4. Click header to change assignee
5. Click Back arrow

Expected Result:

Back arrow should not be there, or clicking/tapping it should close assignee list and bring back to task chat

Actual Result:

Empty task form is opened, however all details of the task were submitted in step 2
