Notably we want this for floppy disk media so we know whether we need to read 9 or 10 sectors per track and if the media is double sided etc

Needs a labelling tool and perhaps mkfs options

EtchedPixels added the 0.3 label

EtchedPixels added 0.4 and removed 0.3 labels

Needs to be done at the same time as disk format
