Not sure this requires any additional development on what we are currently doing, this is more of a workflow on how to use the GRG/feature class once published to portal/AGOL

I think what would be cool is if you clicked the publish to portal button, it would automatically create a status field with some sample domains for "not started, in progress, cleared." This would remove the need for users to manipulate the feature class once it is already published. No idea how feasible that would be, and definitely not a priority to think about right now
