ElvUI NamePlates "Name" missing Justify and offsets.

Hi! I'm not sure if this should be in enhanced or not, since this exists in the current retail version of ElvUI (and has for a while).

The "Name" display on nameplates has no options to move, set alignment or justify the text. If this could be added that would be awesome! I requested this already in ElvUI-Cataclysm and you added it in fairly quickly which was great! Could it please be done again?

As a workaround you can create a "Custom Text", set the text format to [name:abbrev] and you can move it around. Delete "Text Format" in "Name" though otherwise two names will be shown.
