"sync_git_repo_from_pc1_to_pc2.sh": make print the heading and something when ZERO files match

Ex. of what I need to add when NO files match:

2. No files were "changed but **not staged**".

A typical message is:

2. These 6 files were changed but **not staged** & are now committed:

And currently when there are no files that match this, nothing prints, which is confusing when you see numbers 2. and 3. for instance, but not 1..

Also, while you're at it, add the double quotes too as seen above. They're not there right now.
