[FEATURE] Make Search and Query more complex

Description

We should allow people to filter for languages, text, etc.. not just in the client-side but also before making the request. By doing this, people could search much more fine-grained for their issue 👍

This might also need some updates to the UI

Maybe it's also worth persisting the search-query in the url with a query, so the url can be shared in a predictable way
