MDwiki 0.5.7

New in this release:

• Images and Links are now relative to the markdown file, not to the mdwiki.html file (may break your site!)
• Have in-page anchors work, and allow customization of the icon that appears on highlight
• Fix various bugs with the in-page anchors
• Make footer even small, thus less prominent
