URL ?clear has no effect #25

Currently, having any URL query causes a fresh session.
This has incidentally safe effects, but the behaviour should be decided and implemented properly.

Should we have a ?clear, or should all URL queries go to a temporary fresh state?

Thinking about it:

  • ?q keeps current workspace safe, but permalinks add ?clear
  • ?nb ?notebook ?ws ?workspace all have implicit clear

I'm not really seeing the case where you'd want the non-clear, except perhaps some combination ws=&nb= which we don't currently support
