Dynamic scaling of phenology

This release contains multiple enhancements:

• Updates to default values for phenological activity, litter fractions, biomass fractions, and % live fractions
• Updates to species-specific life history traits
• Updates to transpiration coefficients
• Dynamic scaling of phenological activity, biomass, litter, and %live fractions based on each site’s current or future climate (relative to the default climate) implemented by new functions in rSOILWAT2 that are called from rSFSTEP2
• Addition of code that generates Figures to demonstrate how space, phenological activity, biomass, litter and % live are dynamically space
