Updated license information to satisfy NPM, which wants it to be a SPDX license identifier.

No functional changes, but renamed the package to memorystorage to avoid confusion, because it turned out there was already a public NPM module named memstore (that does something similar, but different).

Initial release. At the moment this is considered an alpha release, but since it's a very small library with a tight scope, I don't expect many issues to pop up. Still this will remain a pre-release for the next month or so until I'm satisfied there aren't any glaring bugs in there.
