• support @elastic/elasticsearch5.x for legacy mode based on config.elasticsearch.apiVersion
• seemingly only 840 products fro 2036 are being imported - to check why is that (mapping?)
• docs
• tests in the legacy mode

Hi, guys!

As I see, vue-storefront v1.11.0 & vue-storefront-api v1.11.0 have support for Elasticsearch 7.x already. Do you plan to merge this PR into the master branch and to release new version of mage2vuestorefront?

I've used feature/es7 branch in my tests with Elasticsearch v7.3.2 and found it works pretty well.
