licenses for data in use

Hi to all,

thanks for sharing these awesome resources. I haven't read the book entirely, but the exercises are quite nice! I just had a deeper look at notebook 17.1. I noticed that the dataset in use is not licensed and only shared through google drive. As I like to use this notebook in a lecture, I would feel more comfortable, if I could cite all involved authors when handing out the notebook to my students. For example, the speckles.npz could be published on zenodo and henceforth integrated in the notebook by downloading it from there.
