This was submitted by a user (Moh):

Found new bug: when the MetaMask locked and I want to Cash out, it says Processing... as the default message but no transaction appears on MetaMask.

Solution: Make the withdraw button disabled until the user unlock his MetaMask wallet (with show a warning label on the Cash Out Request window to tell the user that the button disabled due the wallet is locked)
