Insert Subsystem alignment Wigner D functions into the helicity amplitude model

For a correct amplitude model with different subsystems, appropriate alignment Wigner D function have to inserted into the different sequential decays. The decays can be grouped by topology, so A = Alignment * [A1' + A2' + A3' ....] + [A1 + A2 ...] with all A prime amplitudes having the same topology and all unprimed amplitudes A having the same topology. Here the unprimed amplitudes are serving as the reference
