MPRIS doesn't work with Spotify on Plasma

Description:

MPRIS does not work with Spotify on Plasma 5. Media keys don't function and Media Player does not show anything in the system tray. Right clicking on MellowPlayer and pausing a song doesn't work either when using Spotify. The "Previous", "Play/Pause" and "Next" buttons in the top right corner of MellowPlayer are greyed out. All of these function fine with Soundcloud.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log into Spotify through MellowPlayer.
2. Play any song.
3. Open up Media Player in Plasma 5 or use any media keys.

This is already fixed in PR #292 but not released yet. Workaround: copy the updated integration script to /usr/share/mellowplayer/plugins/spotify/integration.js.
