POV Line Effect

Check out this video for a cool coding challenge. It draws a line on the screen every time a new line is drawn it converts black to white pixels and vice versa. after a while the screen just looks like white noise of pixels, but during animation it looks like a moving line. If you pause at any time it just looks like noise (no lines). very neat. Video here:
