[Bug] Unable to update challenge due to challenge validation

  The challenge should be updated without a issue
• the observed behaviour
  After deleting challenge phase 1 , we get this error https://github.com/Suryansh5545/TestPhase/actions/runs/6113014452/job/16591633990
• steps to reproduce the problem
  Delete the challenge phase 1 then try to update the challenge.
