DDEV now standardizes user-level installs and configuration in ~/config/.ddev rather than ~/.ddev. This release simply fixes tests to remove the assumption of ~/.ddev being valid (and does so by removing redundant actions).
This release adds no functionality and does not change the user experience. The release merely
- fixes testing
- updates the github-action-add-on (Thanks Tyler!).
- Updates the test environment to a more recent mariadb version.
