Discussed in #1717

There seems to be a small difference in the location properties of CstNodeLocation and IToken. In IToken the startLine property can be undefined, but not in CstNodeLocation. Inferring from the above discussion startLine of CstNodeLocation should be optional, too (in case of a streaming-only source).
